Purpose of SMS

BeeYou uses SMS exclusively for secure login codes (one-time passcodes) and practice-related notifications. BeeYou will never send unsolicited marketing messages.

How We Collect Consent

Users provide their mobile phone number when creating a BeeYou account or when invited by a practice administrator. By entering a phone number on the BeeYou login page, checking the consent box and clicking "Send code," the user expressly consents to receive SMS messages from BeeYou.

Message Frequency

• Login verification codes: only when you request them by clicking "Send Code"
• Appointment reminders and confirmations: as configured by your practice
• Practice communications: only when initiated by your care team

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately opt out of all SMS communications. You can also contact support@beeyoutoday.com to opt out. After opting out you may still log in using your email address.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. BeeYou does not charge for SMS messages.
